About OutbidX

OutbidX is a public pay-to-rank leaderboard for X accounts. Anyone can put a handle on the board by bidding at least $5 in USDC. The board is ordered by the current bid, highest first. To climb, bid more. To stay on top, hope nobody outbids you — or outbid them back.

Bids are paid in USDC on Ethereum mainnet or Base, through a small open smart contract. The payment goes directly from your wallet to the platform wallet in the same transaction — the contract never holds your funds. The leaderboard you see is reconstructed from on-chain BidPlaced events by our indexer, so anyone can verify the ranking independently.

Clicking any account on the board takes you to their X profile (and counts a click — the hourly click race powers the Trending section).
